Do I have to pay the full amount up front?

We require only a non-refundable deposit of half of the total amount of the order before printing. The balance is due when your work is complete.       

What if I don't have all the information but I don't want the prices to go up?

You may put down a fifty dollar paper deposit at any time. Doing so will hold the prices of the style you select until your order is printed. You may plan to have your order on hold for as long as you like to take advantage of today’s prices. The paper deposit is generally transferable, and of course applies as part of the half down required before printing.

How soon should I order my invitations?

It’s smart to order invitations four to five months before your wedding. Normal turnaround time is three or four weeks in peak seasons. If needed, faster service is available, less than a week in many cases.

Can I see the setup before the order is printed and what is the cost?

A free proof of your typeset copy is usually available within a day or two of placing your order.

Shipping is very expensive, what is the charge?

Ace Printing does not charge for shipping on printing orders, including invitations, programs, napkins, matches, etc. (this service is available in-store only, and is not currently available through our web site).

What if we want something to fit our personalities, can we design our own?

Custom invitations are our specialty. At Ace Printing, we have a line of invitations that can be printed with your choice of design, verse, and your own personal wording at no extra charge! These are available in colored papers, and typically cost less than your average pre-made invitations. Our designs can be used on napkins, matches, place cards, bookmarks, and other printed accessories to help you carry your theme throughout your wedding.

Is it less expensive to do my own invitations?

In most cases, no. If you figure in the cost of the paper, envelopes, dinner cards, response cards, and ink cartridges for your printer you could be looking at over $4.00 per invitation. And that’s not even accounting for the value of your time. At Ace Printing, most styles run an average of $2.50 per complete set, with many as low as $1.50, without sacrificing quality.
