Free shipping is not available on orders being shipped outside the continental U.S.; such orders will be charged standard shipping and handling rates.

In most cases, packages are shipped from our store in West Allis, Wisconsin.

We do our best to ship all in stock orders within two business days of receipt, and personalized items within seven business days. We will promptly notify you of any delays.

UPS shipping rates are integrated into our shopping cart and are calculated based on the total weight of your order, your location, and the delivery method. During the checkout process you can select the UPS shipping method you prefer. You can choose from UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, Next Day Air, or Next Day Air Early A.M. For more information on these services, visit the UPS website. UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes. In addition, if you have an apartment number or something similar, this information MUST be included or your package may be returned to us. If this occurs, you will be charged for redelivery of your package.

You can now choose to have your item(s) shipped to you via the U.S. Postal Service. Just use the drop-down menu in our shopping cart to select the type of delivery you want. Rates are automatically calculated based on the total weight of your order, your location, and the delivery method chosen.
