In this ceremony, the bride and groom (and sometimes the clergy and/or children of the couple) hold small containers filled with colored sand and take turns pouring the sand into a larger container, creating beautiful layers of colorful sand to represent the blending of their individual lives into one. This larger container then becomes a lasting keepsake of the special day.

This elegant and unique unity sand ceremony set includes a large personalized cylinder featuring a single script monogram initial in white lettering and three small plain cylinders. The large keepsake cylinder is 9" tall and 3" in diameter; each smaller cylinder is 7½" tall and 1¾" in diameter. Additional smaller cylinders are sold individually for sand pouring ceremonies with more participants.
